The Past . Nostalgia is a longing for the past — a tender ache that often arrives unexpectedly. Each person has their own “triggers” for this inner time machine, and sometimes, even a simple object — like a scarf — can awaken it. Scents, textures, the faintest touch — they can suddenly carry you back twenty years. Anything that stirs the senses can awaken nostalgia.
